PRiME Seminars in AI and Drug Discovery

Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy, Room 850, 144 College St, Toronto

PRiME Seminars in AI and Drug Discovery

Jon Stokes, Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry & Biomedical Sciences at McMaster University, presents "Figuring out how to use AI to help us find new antibiotics" as part of the PRiME Seminars in AI and Drug Discovery series.

The series explores how artificial intelligence is transforming drug discovery, bringing leading researchers and industry experts to share insights from molecular design to clinical prediction. Stokes' work focuses on developing machine-learning methods for antibiotic discovery and design.

In addition to his academic role, Stokes is co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Stoked Bio. The seminar is open to everyone; graduate students may register for course credit under PHM3100 (0.13 FCE, CR/NCR).
