PRiME hosted a Lunch & Learn in partnership with the Ontario Centre of Innovation (OCI), featuring a presentation by Feiran Zhou, Director of Commercialization at OCI, titled "De-Risk with OCI — An Overview of OCI's Investment Fund and Grant Programs."
OCI's Life Sciences Innovation Fund, established in 2022, is an early-stage co-investment fund supporting companies in life-sciences and healthcare-technology sectors. OCI has invested in 17 Ontario-based companies across therapeutics and medical devices.
The session also included a fireside chat with Nabanita Nawar, CEO and Co-founder of HDAX Therapeutics, followed by community networking. Lunch was provided for registered attendees.
